All <strong><em>first<\/em><\/strong> orders from <strong><em>new customers<\/em><\/strong> will be expected to pay final 50% within one week from receiving initial samples.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 3D, IGES, STEP or JPEG data is needed for initial quotes. PDF drawings will be required unless customers provide specific dimensional tolerances and special finish requirements during the quotation process or <strong><a title=\"Aluminum Tooling Rapid Prototype Design Review\" href=\"https:\/\/www.phoenixproto.com\/rapid-prototypes\/prototype-design-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Design Review<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Submitting changed data or putting a program on hold will at minimum add a <strong><em>day for day<\/em><\/strong> to the original due date quoted. This may requrie added costs due to the impact of the change.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 Once a program has been quoted, and final data has received , <strong>PHOENIX PROTO<\/strong> will begin the Design Review process. The following is a list of items normally covered with the customer(s) input during the Design Review.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>(Once <strong>PHOENIX<\/span> PROTO<\/strong> has sent the Power Point or data for the Design Review, we will require a 24 hour response from the customer(s) to maintain the delivery date. If added time is needed or changes are required by the customer(s), Phoenix Proto will send out a (DCN) Delivery Change Notice with the new date.)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gate Location and Type<\/li>\n<li>Parting Line<\/li>\n<li>Draft<\/li>\n<li>Ejection<\/li>\n<li>Critical Dimensions<\/li>\n<li>Critical Tolerances<\/li>\n<li>Critical Surfaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After a detailed discussion of the above, the model may require some changes.
