Now you can get all the speed benefits of 3D printing along with the learning process from Aluminum Tooling. This ensures a smooth transition from true prototypes to production quality parts from Aluminum Tooling or other materials.
3D printed molds can run many types of materials and 3D printed molds are fitted with everything a traditional mold is fitted with… water lines, cam slides, core pins, lifters, etc.
Depending on the resin and part geometry, 3D printed molds are well suited for about 100 shots in general.
